One of our clients, a leading hospital and outpatient medical center chain, tasked us with helping them measure and report patient experience across the entire network of facilities. They needed to identify which key touch points influence patient experience the most. The core of their issue was the lack of real improvement, caused by the shortage of consistent patient experience data. We designed a holistic PX program, based on the results from a qualitative research and extensive quantitative online survey among patients, secondary research, and review and assessment of existing government policies.
