What do we need?
We are looking for an Account Manager who will operate as the lead point of contact for our clients. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and create new businesses opportunities from existing clients.
Main responsibilities
- Develop and manage partner relationships for all the accounts in the assigned
- Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
- Lead contract negotiations to establish strong working partnerships grounded on sustainable economics for both parties.
- Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the client’s entire customer experience.
- Clearly communicate the progress of the initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Get feedback from the company’s partners and translate it into product, services, marketing and operational improvements.
- Work together with our clients to maximise the impact of our partnership for their entire organization.
- Drive and measure value with clients – the Account Manager should basically be considered as a part of their organization.
Required skills
-
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager for global companies.
- Strong business acumen and sales approach.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactivity in meeting new stakeholders and learning more about their needs and challenges.
- University Grads\Master degree.
- Fluent English (one other fluent language is a plus).
- Experience in consulting, analytics, or marketing is also a strong plus.
- Experience in one of these sectors is also a plus: telecommunications, manufacturing, construction, consumer electronics, insurance.
