What do we need?

We are looking for a Senior Sales Consultant who will participate actively in the BD of the European Insurance market and will operate as the lead point of contact of our clients. The role scope is to develop and oversee a portfolio of customers from the Insurance sector.

Main Responsibilities

  • New Business Development.
  • Develop and manage partner relationship for all the accounts in your portfolio.
  • Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
  • Lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working partnership grounded on sustainable economics for both parties.
  • Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of the initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, services, marketing and operations improvement.
  • Work together with our clients to maximize the impact of our partnership for their entire organisation.
  • Drive and measure value with them – you should basically be considered as a part of their organisation.

Required Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Business Developer of global clients.
  • Strong business acumen and sales approach.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactivity in meeting new stakeholders and learning more about their needs and challenges.
  • University Grads\Master degree.
  • Fluent English (one other fluent language a plus).
  • Experience in consulting, analytics, or marketing a strong plus.
  • Experience in one of these sectors is also a plus: telecommunications, manufacturing, construction, consumer electronics, insurance.
